Week Ending 01-18-15

I  got out of the walking boot this week and also did my first outside workout in a month.  It was nice to get outside but I'd much rather be running than biking.  I surpassed my goal of 21 hours of workouts with 21:50. 

Row = 7:10 (53 miles)
Bike = 21:50 (207 miles)

     lunch bike 50
    pm row 30 bike 30

     lunch bike 50
     pm PT then bike 30

      lunch bike 50

      pm row 30 and bike 90

S - am row 30 and bike 90
     pm row 30 and bike 30

S - am row 30 and bike 90
     pm road bike 25.7 miles (1:50)
At Breakfast Hill in NH just about ready to head out for the ride (just need my gloves)
