With my mileage capped at 80 and my predilection for doing
double’s on most days, I haven’t had the opportunity to do many “long” runs.
Luckily I’m not preparing for any race longer than 20k so it hasn’t been a major
issue. Mostly I’m just happy to be able to get out and run. I was a little
surprised to find that I’ve only done 19 runs of 10 or more miles this entire
year. Two of those were races (sort of). Here are my 2015 long runs so
