It has been 13 weeks since I sat down with my PT (Bob @
Pinnacle PT) and came up with a training plan. The plan was for me to keep my
maximum weekly mileage capped at 80. I’ve been very careful managing the miles
and with the exception of the week of the Burlington Marathon have kept right at
80. I’m not sure how fit I can get only doing 80 miles a week but I’ll trade
races for just getting out and being to train any day!
