Week Ending 10-18-15

Another 80 mile week, this time with two races, a workout, and a county high point.

M – 6am Industrial park 5 with Dan 22:30
     10am 3 warm-up, another mile, 3 race, 3 warm-down

T – Lunch 7 in 51:23
      PM out/back 4 on the rail trail 30:01

W - Lunch 7 in 49:44
      PM out/back 4 on the rail trail 29:16

Th - Lunch 7 in 44:51 (speed work mixed in)
      PM out/back 4 on the rail trail 32:09

F – 11am 8 on the Ghost Train Trail with Tripp 64:04
      3pm 6 on the Londonderry rail trail 45:00

Sat – 1030am: Run 2+ miles then Bushwhack 4 miles up/down Tenant Mountain, finishes with 2+ run total 2:55:41
            4pm Preview the course at Saratoga Spa 25:48, then a mile in racing flats in 7:25 with a few strides

Sun – Noon 3 mile warm-up with Baz and Eric Wight on the course 26:34, another mile with strides 8:13, race 17:16, then warm-down the course in 27:36
