Week Ending 11-06-15

 
This was my first 80 mile week since the surgery 7 weeks ago.  80 miles will remain as my maximum (I’d worked this out with my PT and Podiatrist to keep me from destroying my ankles).  I got in a little workout and surprisingly one of my better races this year, I also passed 3000 miles for the year.  I still need to get a win this year to keep my streak alive (1979-2014), so I’m furiously reviewing the upcoming calendar.

               PM 6 on the Methuen Rail Train in 47:34
 
Tuesday – Lunch run 7 in 51:53
               PM 6 on the Methuen Rail Train in 45:50
 
Wednesday – Lunch run 7 in 50:15
               PM 6 on the Methuen Rail Train in 44:39
 
Thursday – Lunch run 7 in 47:41 (my first sub-7’s in 7 weeks)
               PM 6 on the Methuen Rail Train in 42:31
 
Friday – ½ day = Lunch run with Dan and Doug 54:55
 
Saturday – 630am 7 miles with Petey in 66:02
                 830am 4 miles on the Londonderry rail trail 2 warm-up, 1m with 4x200, 1 warm-down
 
Sunday – Mill Cities Relay, 2.25 warm-up, 4.75 race, 3 mile warm-down
