Out 4 - 6 weeks

I took a bad spill on Monday when I hit a patch of mud on the Vale trail right after I came off the road.  When I fell I bent my leg back under me and injured my quad.  Looks like a 1st to 2nd degree strain and I'm out 4-6 weeks.  That means 4-6 months to get back to the same shape once I start back up.  I'm hoping it is at the short end of the downtime but you just never know.  I just started biking and will add in the ElliptiGo, hopefully this weekend.
