September

I can’t complain about the month.  I continue to stick to my 80 mile weeks and raced three times.  Oddly this was the most “single run days” since January.

I'm assuming you track your mileage in an excel file, yes? How long have you been tracking? My guess is that you've moved any and all data from your HS days into one file - you keep fantastic data. As someone who lives in excel, I'm a little disappointed in my own log's lack of tracking. I generally put a few notes in on a run and track weekly, monthly, annual data. I'd be curious what things you track on an ongoing basis vs what you choose to analyze here and there. Not looking for a blog post on this, but I'll have to remember to pick your brain at the next GP race.

You are correct. I have everything in excel (about 30 different files tracking many different things) along with everything in a paper log book.
