11-7 NH 8 plus treatment for my arch & ankle
11-8 6 repeat 300's and 5 miles easy, arch sore, ankle swollen, more treatment
11-9 Flew to Wisconsin ran the course, arch bad, ankle swollen
11-10 Ran the course again
11-11 3 miles easy plus some strides
11-12 3.5 warm-up, 10k race in 31:27 for 23rd place. Team took 3rd!
11-13 day off flew back (Didn't run again until December)
