My hamstring has been lousy since
starting back running in December. I missed 3 days in January due to my
right ankle flaring up (that was the one that had me missing a month after
Baystate). Basically both ankle are even now and I’m keeping them
together with a combination of stretching, icing, taping, and braces.
I’ve slowly increased my mileage and they seem to be holding steady so
far. Fingers crossed.
