Did another test on my hamstring on Friday. Got my PT treatment at Pinnacle then hit the treadmill for a 5k run. Plan was a 1.5 warm-up then the 5k starting at 6:40 pace and dropping down every 1/4 mile. Hoping for 630, 620, 610. Pleased with the results of a 19:21 5k with splits of 634, 618, 555.
