still rough but hamstring definitely improving. Took a nasty spill with 1/2 mile to go in the 15 mile run on Saturday. Knee is swollen and stiff, hoping it is just a minor thing.

Yet again my watch doesn't want to hold a charge. I will not pay $80 to fix it (last time they did that it did nothing) |
