I came off of the 5m (Malden) with a
slightly strained quad/hip flexor (rectus femoris). I listened to it
closely during the week only running as hard as it allowed. It seemed to
be getting better. Not good enough to try racing on it. I ran New Bedford to support my CMS 50+ team but only at a (quick) training run pace.
