W – 4am bike 90 min – 31.1 miles
        4pm 4m on the Methuen Rail Trail in 841s

Th – 4am bike 90 min – 31.8 miles
        4pm 4m at Weir hill in 915s

F – 415am 5m on the Methuen Rail trail in 925s
      4pm 5k at Ward Reservation in 1005s

Sat - 5am bike 1hr - 21.1 miles
         930am 4m out/back in 917s

Sun - 630am redlining Lowell Holly Reservation
          8am redlining Mashpee River Reservation
          11am bike 1 hr - 22.3 miles
