Week Ending 01/12/20

I'm finally starting to feel a bit better. The strained quad and back soreness have lessened and even the saddle-sores have improved.  No complaints as I logged 383 miles biking and 25 miles of running (with one day off).  Hoping I won't need to take any more days off but listening very closely to what my back has to say.  Closed out the week with a nice hike in Mary Cummings Park with Todd C who is recovering from knee surgery.

          645am 5 miles with D-la (Petey on the bike) in 9:05s
          830am hike 2.5 with Todd C
          10am bike 1:00 = 23.8 miles
