Not a bad week, my first 80 mile since before the surgery. It was also the start of my trip "down south" to visit my parents and stop along the way to visit some tri-state points, rail trails, and fire towers. I also snuck in a 1 mile race on Thursday night which went surprisingly well. I need to keep an eye on the plantar fascia in one foot, the posterior tibial tendonitis in the other and a nagging sore glute.
