A biggish week with 86 miles and two workouts. Also got into PT for 2 visits to start working on the oblique...also having some issues with right glute and groin (maybe favoring a little?).
Did a 6x440 workout on Monday to try and get some leg turnover with the impending 1 mile road champs. Then on Wednesday had a 19 mile day that included running 603 pace for 5k (plus) at a night run in Salem MA. Trying to do one later run a week to also help get ready to race at night. We'll see how that goes!
