Week Ending 09-18-22
Not a bad week, I got in
84 miles and although still feeling tired didn’t feel as bad as I felt last
week. I managed to race on Friday night and got in my longest ride since
the Blazing Saddles to cap off the weekend. I’m hoping that a couple of
more weeks in the 80’s and I’ll start to feel really ready to race. Weeks
since starting back after the torn calf muscle:
