Not a bad week. Slower running with some sketchy footing here and there. I'm more interested in not wiping out than getting in quicker miles (whatever that means). Hit 90 miles for the week mostly due to having a half-day at work (late start) due to the snow storm that never materialized.

I also got my USATF card in the mail this week. This is the 38th consecutive year I've been a USATF NE member...it is also the 40th year that USATF has had a road grand prix and I ran the first race earlier this month. Onward!
