Very tiring week with late nights Tues - Thurs (with VITA and a night race). I dropped my mileage a bit in deference to the prior month of weeks hovering around 90 miles. My theoretical cap is 80, so I'm still running a bit more than "normal". The race was a bit less than hoped for but I'm hopeful as I'm feeling halfway decent at the end of the week. My final run of the week included a last 3 miles of 21:05...which is pretty darned fast for me. Last effort of the week was a fantastic 2 hour ride with temps nearly 3 times what they were last Sunday!
