May 9 & 12
These dates are the two oddballs that stand out in my mileage spreadsheet. I have NEVER missed running on these two days since I started running in December of 1978. I’ve missed a total of 1,581 days (average one day off for every 7.7 days) over the last 34 years but for whatever reason I have never been injured or skipped a workout on those two days. I’d like to keep this “streak” alive as long as possible.
May 9th – Maximum 19 miles, minimum 3 miles, and average of 10.5 miles
May 12th – Maximum 16 miles, minimum 3 miles, and average of 10.05 miles
