Week Ending 07-19-15
This was not a great week for me. My ankle was still sore
from Loon, now two weeks removed. When my ankle is sore I tend to favor it and
that leads to other parts being sore. My goals was to run “fast” at the Level
Renner 10k, whatever “fast” means. I had a good effort at the race and I got in
80 miles for the week so I can’t really complain.

PM out/back 4 on the Ghost trail 30:32
F – Lunch 7 in 52:02
PM 3 at Winni w Dan and Kutya 26:50
Sat – 3 on my own in 22:49 then 4 with Petey in 37:52 on
the Freeman Rail trail. Later nice relaxing 3 in 30:00
Sun – 3 warm-up with Joe, Jim, Dan V at Level 10k, then
10k race 90 degrees and very humid
