Hopefully my final full week of not running. I got in a little over 60 miles of hiking with almost exactly 2:00 per day. It isn’t running but it does feel good to get outside and move. This week I was fortunate to have Petey & Tripp walk with me on one day and Eric & Murdoch on another. A runner not running can be a lonely prospect.
