400 meters

The 400 meters I ran at Dartmouth last weekend was my 25^th race of ¼ mile or 400 meters (which are essentially the same distance).  It was only the fifth time I’ve run a 400 open race rather than in a relay.  It is definitely a weird distance for a long distance runner to attempt.  I’d like to get my time under 70 which is my best time as a 50+ runner.  I’ll be doing the 400 at least one more time indoors this season.
