It has
been 10 days since I injured my calf during a 5k race. I’ve been diligent
about stretching, icing, and ultrasound. Although I’m not 100%, I’m
pleased with how quickly it has come around. I’ve been able to slowly
increase my pace and distance. I hope to be able to race again in March.
