Slowly gaining speed

It has been 10 days since I injured my calf during a 5k race.  I’ve been diligent about stretching, icing, and ultrasound.  Although I’m not 100%, I’m pleased with how quickly it has come around.  I’ve been able to slowly increase my pace and distance.  I hope to be able to race again in March.

01/25 = 6 miles @ 7:42s
01/26 = 4 miles @ 8:32s & 6 miles @ 7:40s
01/27 = 10 miles @ 9:07s & 3 miles @ 8:25s
01/28 = 10 miles @ 8:35s & 4 miles @ 7:24s
01/29 = 6 miles @ 8:11s & 6 miles @ 7:32s
01/30 = 6 miles @ 8:04s & 6 miles @ 7:18s

01/31 = 6 miles @ 8:01s & 6 miles @ 7:11s
