Red lining Noanet Reservation

I went back to Noanet yesterday to finish red lining (running every step of every trail).  I had already done most of the north/northwest of the reservation so now I was working on the south/southeast.  It wasn’t super-hot but at 80 degrees and 100% humidity it made for difficult conditions.  I felt good for the first 8 or 9 miles then completely fell apart.  Post-run I was dizzy, nauseous, and alternated chills and sweating.  I ended up going to a quick Physical Therapy appointment and then slept for 11 hours.  Yikes!

There were a few more trails out there than on the map and on this day the black flies were nasty (although the deerflies may be gone?).  There is some really beautiful trail in this reservation, even the single-track trails are very run-able.
