I got in four workouts this month which is the most I’ve done in a month since January of 2013. Probably due to not having any racing opportunities. Mixed bag for the workouts. Two went better than expected one was disappointing and the other was about what I hoped for.
Workouts:
04/08 – 3 mile tempo run aiming for 630/620/610 ran 18:32 (627/602/603)
04/16 – 2x1 mile with ½ mile rest, aiming for 6-flat and “fast”, ran 6:13 and 5:45.9
04/23 – 2 miles hard, aiming for anything under 12 minutes, ran 11:34.5
04/29 – 2 sets of ¼, ¼, ½, with ¼ rest, aiming for 80s and 245. Ran 80.5/79.6/2:44.4/79.9/80.8/2:49.6
