Monthly miles

 I spent last month trying to get back to normal with the oblique and glute injuries.  I slowly got my mileage back up to 80 per week but my pace has continued to lag.  I'm at about 30 seconds a mile slower than I was before injury and it takes at least 2 miles for the muscles to loosen up.  It has still been a struggle but I'm glad to still be able to get out there.
