Looking back - May 1998

25 years ago (May 1998): I was having some ankle woes and didn’t race much during this month.  On 05/02 I placed 23^rd at the USATF NE 5km championships in Manchester NH running a 15:51. A week later I ran through the Mount Kearsarge race clocking a 56:25 or 9^th place.  I closed out the month (05/24) on a warm and windy day at the Wachusett mountain race.  I picked up a win in 25:29.
