A week with some changes. I ran every day this week! Not a lot but something. 23 miles total. No days off. I reduced my total time of working out from 30+ hours down to 24. I lose a bit of time with running and I started running in the water as well which chews up time (travel and gearing up/down).
My Go was on the fritz this week, but I was able to replace the chain and get it back "Go"ing again...
