Another week of increased running and decreased biking. Big change was getting OFF the ElliptiGo. My left knee (maybe Posterior Tibial Tendon) was really sore on Tuesday, and I think it was from the big week of ElliptiGo over the previous week. I cut back to just biking (and running) and the knee was brutal all week. Hope to get it checked out this coming week.
