Week Ending 01-14-23
Started the week
with an 18” snowfall that kept me cautious of falling all week. I managed
to stay on my feet and slowly gained speed and maybe even a little
confidence. Ran my longest run in over 4 years with a half marathon
training run with D-La on Friday as I used up my final vacation day of 2023.
