Not the greatest week, definitely the snowstorm hurt my mileage a bit.  I was pretty happy with the effort at the CMS series race.

M -Lunch loops in the park 20:30.  PM Winni 8 with Dan 58:22
T - Winni 8 with Dan and jj - 57:50
W - Lunch loops in the park (4-6" of snow) 22:08, PM River o/b 6m with Dan in tons of slush 51:58
Th - Lilly Pond loop from home with Dan 54:57
F - New lunch road run o/b 3m 20:35, PM long 8 version of Lilly pond loop with jj 57:40
S - 3.2 warm-up with Petey in Worcester 23:54, another mile of strides, 5km in 17:11, 2m warm-down 15:53
S - 3m o/b in Lyme NH 24:57 (9 degrees), right into Snowshoe run up/down Smarts Mountain - 2:07:25 with 2,400' of climb.
