Well, this was a decent week despite my ankles still bothering me (since early December). I hit 78 miles and finished the year with a 345 mile month and 2,830 for 2010. I started of 2011 with a 40+ PR for 4m (22:07) at the Frosty Four.
M – 8am Industrial Park 5 in 40:31, noon same loop in 38:37. 18” of snow.
T – Lunch 3 on treadmill in 20:53, PM Dan’s work road 8 in 60:44
W – 430am ind pk 5 in 39:35, Lunch 3 on tread in 20:42, PM 6 on tread with 3x800 @ 3:00
Th – Lunch 3 on tread in 20:46, PM Dan’s road 8 with Dan & JJ in 59:44
F – Early am run with Petey and Dave La 7+ in 59:55, Relaxing o/b 4 in 33:33
S – 3 warm-up in 24:03, 1m strides, 4m race (22:07), 3 warm-down in 25:36
S – Loops at Petey’s with Pete, Dave La, and Scott S total of 80:30
Next up: Snowshoe in NH or MA depending on where there is snow
