Started running again after missing 7 days with a back injury.  Felt better each day.  Cautious going forward.

M - Bike 30 minutes.
T - Bike 60 minutes.
W - Bike 60 minutes AM, and Bike 30 minutes PM
Th - Bike 30 minutes AM, Lunch run 3 on treadmill 22:43, PM Bike 30 minutes.
F - Bike 30 minutes AM, Lunch run 3 on treadmill 21:57
S - Bike 30 minutes AM, relaxing 4m run 34:07, PM Bike 30 minutes
S - Bike 30 minutes AM, then 5m run with Petey and Scott S in 42:22
