No track workout last night. My ankle was very sore after finishing the race on Sunday. As it had in early March the inside under the ankle bone swelled up. I limped around a bit after and started icing it as soon as I got home. It basically feels like an ankle sprain. The last couple of days I've alternated ice and ultrasound and applied DMSO.
Checked in with New England Podiatric yesterday and confirmed Poster Tibial Tendonitis (PTT). Continue to do what I'm doing and should be okay to race for the weekend.
