I eased up the mileage a bit in anticipation of the 10km championships. This was my first week under 80 in the last 6 weeks. Not sure if I'll go back up next week or stay down for the 6km...

S - 630am 7+ with Petey on the rail trail then 3+ nice relaxing run
S - 3 warm-up with Dan and Tim Mahoney, another mile with strides, 6.2 mile race in 34:28, 2+ warmdown.
