F - Northfield 6.5 in 54:41 putting out mile markers then same loop in 1:17:18 putting out flagging
S - 2 warm-up in 17:02. 6.5 mile race at Northfield mountain 39:24. 6.5 mile warm-down with Ben Nephew at 11:30 to sweep the course in 57:10.
S - 13 miles on trails with Dave Q, Dan, and JJ in 1:43:37
