Felt awful yesterday. Had hoped to do 3 x 1 mile at 10k race pace (5:28) but thougth 2 x 1 might be a better idea in the heat and how I felt. Was never comfortable during the workout and thought I might pass out after.

Dan led the first one and ran around 5:20, I led the first half of the second one and Dan ran around 5:24. Man, he looked strong yesterday.
Don't know what this means about the 10,000 on the track on Sunday...I'm going to need to feel a LOT better.
