Only 6 weeks until the US trail marathon championships. My last 8 weeks have been 100, 91, 93, 87, 99, 91, 96 and 96. This has been my best stretch of training in a long time. Hopefully it will pay off. One more 90+ (I hope) then the slow drop until the big race.
