I had my final appointment at Pinnacle PT yesterday. As is usually the case I try to do a test run to see how my injury feels at a faster pace. Since last week I've been running quicker at lunch and I've gotten down to 620's for four mile and felt fine.
I hit the treadmill after treatment and started with a 1.5 mile warm-up (10:58), then
1 mile - 5:59
400 rest - 1:57
800 - 2:43.4
400 rest - 1:58
800 - 2:43.8
1 mile warm-down - 6:50
Total 5 miles in 33:09
Next up: some easy running and another test on Tuesday.
