Track workout - Phillips Andover

Back on the track with Dan.  I wasn't feeling very good, I've been struggling with an "almost" migraine.  Our goal was 3x1 at 5:30 pace but once we got going 5:20 felt right (although I was beat by the end of the final one).  Hoping to be ready for the 12k this weekend...
