Speed (?) work

It has been over five weeks since I injured my hamstring and I've slowly been working my way back.  Today was a big test to see how it would feel running "fast".  I went to Pinnacle Physical Therapy, got my hamstring worked on then hit the treadmill for 6 miles including 2x800 and a mile.  The 800's were done instead of "strides" I'd normally do at the track.  It went great and so far everything feels fine.

2 mile warm-up - 14:42
1/2 mile - 2:55.8
1/4 mile rest - 1:52
1/2 mile - 2:58.6
1/4 mile rest - 1:50
1 mile - 5:26.7
1.5 miles warm-down - 10:14

Total = 6 miles in 40:01
