I took it pretty easy this week, doing mostly 7 and 6 per day but had a big weekend which gave me 107 miles for the week. Happy with the outcome, a decent 5k time, a few small peaks bagged, and two orienteering meets. Three weeks until the US 10km champs.

930am 3 warm-up, then Green course at Prospect hill Orienteering meet
Noon 1m warm-up then Red course at Mine Falls Orienteering meet
