Lingering soreness

Wow, it has been a week since Wachusett and I'm still feeling soreness from "just" 1,000' of descent.  My lower back and hamstring (right side) have not been the same since the race.  It took 4 days to lose the soreness in my quads from the pounding downhill.  I run the same lunch run each day and typically run "moderately".  The effort is the same every day but the times are not.  Here are my times last week (Tuesday-Friday):
