This was supposed to be an easy week. Even with running easy and running very low mileage, I felt lousy. It took 5 days for the soreness from Bretton Woods to (mostly) get out of my legs. I caught some sort of cold or sinus "thingy" and just felt awful by Sunday. Ugh. 6 days until Mt Washington with a 5k 36 hours before it. Double-ugh.
