Half-year recap
Well, I met some goals and missed some others. I can’t really complain, as I’ve been reasonably healthy and able to train fairly well. I only dropped down below 90 miles four times (all for races). My lowest week was 80, and my highest week 118. I averaged 96.6 miles per week. I’m on pace for a little over 5,000 miles. Just got to stay healthy!
Goals and results:
15km PR – Got it at Lynn Stew chase 54:13, 2:21 under my old masters PR.
