My first time off since I missed a couple of days last year at Kilimanjaro. With 7 days off I've already had the most days off since 2010. Ugh. Making up for it with rowing, biking (indoor and out), water running, and the eliptigo. Along with that I'm getting PT. Hoping the 28 days goes by quickly. My bum is still sore, takes about 10 days for me to get used to being on the bike and rower...
