Ugly week.  My ankle was really sore from spraining it at the NH snowshoe champs.  My head was just not into going to New Bedford for a shitty half-marathon.  Gotta support the team!  I managed 95 miles for the week and ran as hard as I could at NB.  Wow, the transition to roads is tough this year.
