Week Ending 01-25-15

Another week of cross-training and increasing the time.  At the end of the week I added (with my PT's permission) a couple of 15 minute indoor rides on the Go!  I hit exactly 24 hours of working out this week.  I can't think of a better way to spend and entire day (unless it was running).
