Old History - workouts from long ago

25 years ago today (08/10/91): I was prepping for some shorter races (Lynn woods relay and Londonderry 5k) this 107 mile week included a 2m on the track in Worcester (9:10) three days earlier and this workout on the Chelmsford track.  A short but intense track workout of 5 times 800 with 200 rest and a 200 with 400 rest.  2:15, 33, 2:14, 32, 2:12, 31, 2:10, 31, 2:09, 30.  I guess it paid off as I got the CR at both Lynn Woods and Londonderry.
